Founded by curator Selena Yang in 2007, Oooit is an international platform for art professionals. The organization collaborates closely with museums, academies, and art organizations on international exhibitions and educational programs. Oooit's art program pays special attention to the connection between past and future media, the interaction between Eastern and Western cultures, and the relationship between nature and human beings. Oooit is based in Utrecht, the Netherlands, with a representative office in Shanghai, China. In 2022, at our Utrecht location, we launched the Oooit Art - Werkspoor International Art Center, which integrates functions for exhibitions, research, and documentation.
